Schwandner \\(JPL JIFRESSE\\)" <fschwand@xxxxxxxx> Dear Colleagues, ## AOGS is now accepting sessions proposals for its 2020 Annual Meeting. ## We invite you to help shape the next Asia-Oceania Geoscience Society (AOGS) Annual Meeting, held in beautiful Vivaldi Park Ski Resort South Korea, 28 June - 4 July, 2020 (located in the scenic mountains just outside of Seoul). http://www.asiaoceania.org/aogs2020 VOLCANOLOGY SESSIONS have typically been home in the Solid Earth section of AOGS' eight sections, though in the past some have been hosted in the IG (Interdisciplinary Geosciences) section as well. Joint section sessions, or co-sponsorship by other sections, are also possible. CONVENERS are strongly encouraged to actively solicit and advertise their sessions for maximum abstracts yield. AOGS offers two session formats: Regular and Special Sessions. * Regular session proposals are due Oct 15th, 2019 (Singapore time zone) * Special sessions are due Oct 27th, 2019 and can either be all-plenary seminars/colloquia, or interactive workshops.
