Hi All,

The department of Earth & Environmental Sciences (EES) at Vanderbilt University has an open position for a Lab Manager, to oversee operation of analytical facilities including SEM, ICPMS, and X-ray CT systems. These machines are housed in EES and are used mostly by EES faculty, students, and staff. We expect the lab manager will have the opportunity to participate in research, both individually and in collaboration with people in the department. A full description of the position can be found here:

http://www.vanderbilt.edu/ees/uploadfiles/EES_lab_manager_full_ad.pdf

I would be more than happy to address questions about the position. Prospective applicants can also contact the chair of the department, Professor Steve Goodbred (steven.goodbred@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx), with questions about the position.

Review of applications will start on August 15, 2016.

Please feel free to forward this to anyone who you think might be interested.

Best,

Guil
