Early bird registration deadline extended and IAVCEI-member registration fee reduced for the 6th International Maar Conference, Changchun City, China

Dear Colleagues,
The Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the 6th International Maar Conference (6IMC) [ Changchun City, China - 30 July and 3 August, 2016] has decided to extend the early registration and abstract submission deadline. Based on an agreement with the IAVCEI as a main sponsoring scientific organisation behind the 6IMC the Local Organising Committee also offers reduction for IAVCEI members to participate on the conference. The new registration fees and deadlines are in US dollars
IAVCEI members: (from 380) 350 [until 31 May] – (from 430) 400 [until 30 June] – (from 480) 450 [until 20 July]
Student IAVCEI members: (from 150) 120 [until 31 May] – 200 [until 30 June] – 250 [until 20 July]
Non IAVCEI member fees unchanged
Non-members: 400 – 450 – 500
Non-member students: 170 – 200 – 250
To be able to register as an IAVCEI member your membership has to be valid and your membership status will be cross checked by the LOC upon your arrival. TO take the benefit to be able to register under the member fee schemes you can became an IAVCEI member.
As the 6IMC is an officially supported scientific event of the IAVCEI, participants are encouraged to join to IAVCEI and take advantage on the lower fees to register for 6IMC and other IAVCEI events. You can join to IAVCEI via the following web link:

You can choose an IAVCEI subscription one of the following options:
YOUNG RESEARCHER MEMBER (Student or within 3 years after receiving PhD) 1 year membership 15 Euro, 4 years membership 50 Euro
REGULAR MEMBER (fee depending on personal income)
Over US$16,000 - 1 year membership 50 Euro, 4 years membership 175 Euro
US$ 8,000-16,000 - 1 year 25 Euro, 4 years membership 80 Euro
Under US$ 8,000 1 year membership 15 Euro, 4 years membership 50 Euro
LIFE MEMBER (a one-time payment, and no annual fees afterward) 800 Euro
BENEFACTOR MEMBERSHIP AND LIFE MEMBER (a one-time payment, and no annual fees afterward) 1000 Euro
ORGANISATIONAL MEMBER 4000 Euro
