If you are planning workshops or meetings associated with the IAVCEI 2013,
please contact <info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>, as soon as possible.
A limited number of rooms are available during lunch time and in the evening
after the session during the conference.
Meetings before or after the conference needs to be arranged by the meeting organizers,
however, the IAVCEI 2013 steering committee can help the arrangement.
