Dear colleagues
A new open access international journal has recently come out, the Open Journal of Earthquake Research, which accepts contributions on crustal deformation, earthquake prediction, earthquake spectra, effects of earthquakes, historical seismicity, lifelines earthquake engineering, measuring and locating earthquakes, preparedness for earthquake, and soil dynamics, as well as volcano deformations and tectonics.
The contributions are peer-reviewed with an open access solution, which provides a fast and broad diffusion of the research contents. New contributions from the periphery and hinterland of volcanology are welcome. Further informations can be found at

Please do not hesitate to contact me for any informal questions (domenico-doronzo@xxxxxxxxx). Best regards
