Central Washington University  invites applications for the position of Dean of Graduate Studies and Research (http://www.cwu.edu/masters/). CWU enrolls over 10,000 total students and offers 32 masters degree programs. Faculty maintain diverse, international research programs in which undergraduate and graduate students participate. The Dean provides vision, leadership and support for graduate programs, graduate faculty, and sponsored faculty research; cultivates internal and external partnerships to further the mission of graduate studies and research at CWU; and supervises professional staff and the directors of several interdisciplinary research centers. The successful candidate must have a doctorate degree, record of teaching and research appropriate for tenure in a CWU department, administrative and leadership experience, and evidence of success in the procurement and management of extramural funds.
