Dear All,
As you are aware, EMSEV 2010 will be held during 3-6 October 2010 on Chapman University campus. Please visit EMSEV 2010 web site for detailed program of the workshop

The purpose of this Workshop is to provide an international forum for discussion and cooperation between scientists in both Developed and Developing countries on issues related to electromagnetic studies of earthquakes and volcanoes.
All interested are welcome to submit their abstracts online for oral and poster presentation for the following themes
Session I - Electric, magnetic, and electromagnetic methods related to earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic, landslides and geothermal activities
Session II - Seismicity, Geophysical and Seismo-electromagnetic studies along San-Andreas Fault
Session III - Techniques for correction of EM data and identification of EM Signals associated with Earthquakes and Volcanoes
Session IV - Multi Sensor Data and Integration of Geophysical Observations Related to Volcanic and Earthquake studies
Session V - Generation and propagation mechanism of EM signals and Laboratory studies
Session VI - Ionospheric and GPS studies associated with Seismo-Electromagnetic processes
Online registration fees will be open by the end of June and one can registered online at the earliest for reduced Registration fees.
Visa For International Participants – All those who are interested to participate in EMSEV 2010 Workshop must plan to apply for US visa well in advance. If you need an invitation letter, please submit your abstract (online) at the earliest and also provide passport details so that an invitation letter for visa is sent.
International Travel – Chapman University is located in Orange, the nearest international airport is Los Angeles which is 40 miles. If you are arriving at some other international airport, you may plan to book your ticket to Santa Ana which is located about 10 miles (the airport code is SNA, it is also known as John Wayne airport or Orange County). Santa Airport is connected through all major National airport in US.
Hotel Accommodation – Orange county is touristic place, which has all kinds of hotel accommodation. Participants are requested to book their accommodation well in advance. Local Organizing committee will provide help to all those in booking an accommodation. A detailed information is available on the workshop web site.
