Postdoctoral Position. The Department of Earth and Atmospheric
Sciences at Cornell University seeks a postdoctoral research associate
to conduct research on active deformation related to magma movements,
the earthquake cycle, and/or temperate glaciers. Specific tasks
include the analysis of space geodetic data (InSAR and GPS) from
several different areas in the western hemisphere and numerical
modeling. A completed Ph.D. in geophysics or a related field is
required. Review of applications begins on July 15, 2010 and we
anticipate a start date within the next 9-12 months. The position is
for one year and is renewable, contingent on funding and performance.
