Ash fall is one of the most common and widespread hazards from volcanic
eruptions, so understanding and mitigating ash fall impacts is of wide
importance. Session 2.7 will include the following topics:

* Social and infrastructure ash fall impact data and data collection.

* Effective communication of ash impacts and mitigation information -
audiences and media.

* Effective ash fall warning messages.

* Sharing ash impacts data and observations, including data
repositories.

* Ash impact loss-damage functions for risk calculation.

* Processes for data collection and analysis.
