Dear All,
The electronic submission site of the Journal of Volcanology and Geothermal Research - Maars and Scoria Cones Special Issue (Guest Editors: Karoly Nemeth, Miguel J Haller, and Claus Siebe; Editor-in-Chief of the Special Issue: Joan Marti) is open. This special issue is primarily, but not exclusively based on works presented during the 3IMC meeting (Malargüe, Argentina) in April 2009 and the Jorullo 250th anniversary workshop (Morelia, Mexico) in September 2009.
While the submissions should dominantly include works presented during these two conferences, other independent and relevant submissions will also be considered to be included in this volume, especially review papers.
The special issue submission link will be open until 1 March 2010. The review process will be identical to the review process for regular JVGR articles. Please indicate in your cover letter which of the guest editors you would prefer to handle your work. Please also provide at least 2 names (including contact information) of potential reviewers of your work.
