Candidates sought for the position of postdoc in the Centre of Exchange and Research in Volcanology, Facultad de Ciencias, Universidad de Colima, Mexico. The activity of this volcano is currently particularly interesting with prolonged effusion and daily Vulcanian events. An important part of the work will be helping to install and maintain parts of the monitoring network, acquiring thermal, geochemical and acoustic data. Time will be devoted to the development of software and data analysis. There will be an opportunity to work on some of the other active volcanoes of Mexico, such as El Chichón and Isla Socorro.
