Dear Colleagues,
We invite you to participate in the GMPV2 session entitled
"Monitoring and observations at active volcanoes using in-situ and remote
sensing techniques" within the forthcoming EGU 2009 meeting to be held in
Vienna, 19-24 April. The aim of the session is to examine the current state
of the art of volcano monitoring techniques in an interdisciplinary manner,
in order to promote a discussion on how best to integrate the fast-moving
developments occurring in each separate field. Please note that the deadline
for abstract submissions, 13 January, is fast approaching. Abstract
