It sure looks like the same type of bug, at least.

I'm guessing it is caused by some part of the particular NIC driver.

Which NICs are on the sbc8560?

Do you have the possibility to test also a different NIC?

The poster you linked to didn't say which NIC he was using either,
making it difficult to come to any conclusion.
