[VLAN] unregister_netdevice

It is Linux SDT-GW 2.6.13-1.1532_FC4smp #1 SMP Thu Oct 20 01:51:51 EDT 2005
i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux.

I will try to check it again on kernel 2.6.14 to see if the same problem
exist or not.

What kernel are you running?  A bug was fixed in 2.6.14 relating to a
reference leak..but it's possible this is a different ref leak problem.
