You can change the MAC of a VLAN, but you cannot have two VLANs with the same VID on the same physical interface. You could try using a MAC-VLAN and somehow placing a .1Q VLAN on top of that...but I have no idea if that would actually work. You can find MAC-VLAN and a bunch of other network changes in my candela_2.6.9.patch. You'll also want the macvlan_config.c program.
