I believe they're using Chrome OS and running into the issue
discussed here:

Apparently in this case libvirt is running inside a Debian-based LXC
container, and the upgrade from buster (Debian 10) to bullseye
(Debian 11) is what broke the virtualization functionality.

Debian 10 had libvirt 5.0.0 - is it possible that the XATTR thing
that's failing was introduced after that, and that's why the error
wasn't showing up before?
