Thanks for the report, I take the log you are talking is:

So, same version of USBDK but different virt-viewer means that
7.0 works while 8.0 doesn't. Ok!

Better is to report a bug [0], this seems to be a regression
somewhere. If you can't/won't do it, let me know I'll file it in
your behalf.
