Note: I wrote that patch because Gerd initially preferred to have a .vv file for connecting remote-viewer to qemu, when using the upcoming -display spice-app. But then we agreed that a stable Spice URI was good enough for now. Given how VNC URI (rfc7869) are being used, I start thinking we could pass most .vv settings as URI query parameters instead..
