[virt-viewer] spec: Use https:// for Source/URL fields

The mingw-virt-viewer.spec/virt-viewer.spec file are currently using a
mix of http and ftp for their URLs. ftp://virt-manager.org has never
existed. This commit switches to use https:// everywhere.
