The button is in the fullscreen toolbar. You are able to click on it
when you are in the fullscreen mode and:
* waiting for a domain: virt-viewer -f -w domain
or * 2+ clients monitors & no usbredir support - on one of monitors the
toolbar contains the usbredir button, other toolbars are without the
button
