If I read this correctly it is used for hostdev devices, so devices that get passed through from the host to the guest. I need to introduce the "rom_bar=off" attribute to a virtual driver. E.g. <interface type='bridge'> <mac address='52:54:00:0b:db:64'/> <source bridge='br0'/> <model type='virtio'/> <address type='pci' domain='0x0000' bus='0x00' slot='0x02' function='0x0'/> </interface> must become: <interface type='bridge'> <mac address='52:54:00:0b:db:64'/> <source bridge='br0'/> <model type='virtio'/> <address type='pci' domain='0x0000' bus='0x00' slot='0x02' function='0x0'/> <rom bar='off'/> </interface> Preferably by adding an extra option during virt-install. Is this possible? Many thanks for your help!
