Windows 10 guest: no network connection

Hi,

I installed another guest (RHEL 7.2) just to rule out a problem in Windows 10 but the same behavior exhibited - nothing beyond the host could by accessed.

Reading through the "Virtualization Deployment and Administration Guide" available at https://access.redhat.com I found out an interesting chapter - 20.2. BRIDGE MODE - where it says that only bonding modes 1, 2, and 4 should be used with a guest virtual machine (this is apparently contradicted by https://access.redhat.com/solutions/67546 where it says that mode 0 is also working).

Thinking this may be also applicable to Fedora, I changed the bonding type from balance-rr to 802.3ad, and that suddenly unlocked the network on both guests!

Paul
