There should be virt-manager.spec inside the folder you are building it
in.  Even though it is used for making an rpm, there is some information
that might help (like this for example).

You probably have them all (or most of them).  But if you have all these
installed (or relevant, based on your distro) you'll get into similar
problems like the last one only in case of bug.

What distro are you running on?  Is there no official package for it or
what is the reason you are installing it yourself?  The package should
take care of dependencies.
