i want to setup a vdi infrastructure using spice protocol and want to know if there was a way i cud lock down spice port to a particular vm

say

windows Xp  at port 2000
centos6 at port 5000

now wat i want is that everytime i run windows xp is runs at 2000 port only and no other vm uses it.
usually its like a first come first basis starting with port 5900 .  Can virt-manager do it or do i need to go complete cli and go deeper into libvirt itself ?
