osdteletext and constant disk access with 1.7.38

Hello,

With 1.7.38, when viewing a channel that has teletext, it seems that the
disk is accessed and timestamps of the stored *.vtx files change all the
time.

I happened to notice this from the HDD LED of my VDR box that now blinks
all the time when viewing such a channel. I don't think this happened
with VDR 1.7.31 but I have no trivially easy way to downgrade and check
it at the moment. It's definitely the osdteletext plugin; disabling it
makes the disk accesses go away.

Can someone confirm and/or have ideas what might be causing this and if
the osdteletext plugin needs some adjustments to behave properly with
new VDR versions?
