Select another plugin

hello . is there plugin like softhdevice for vdr ? if yes . how i install it . i have problem with softhddevice. my broadcasting video format is 4:3 , and when i change it to 16:9 in setting vdr . it don't work . now i looking for another plugin replace softhddevice .
