[ANNOUNCE] epgfixer-plugin 0.3.1

This release fixes a critical memory leak in the plugin introduced in 
previous version.

Bug fixes:
- Fix memory leak.
- Drop OBJS dependency from cppcheck target (thanks to Ville Skyttä).
