Hi, i have the same problem... without solutions until now .

I noticed that VDR can't tune all the channles with vertical polaritazions (i'm sure about that, and see your third channel is just like that)
 I get this error in syslog:

  frontend 0/0 timed out while tuning to channel

The Horizontal ones works good.

I'm at work now, and i can't get more details, but all those channels work with szap and mythtv...

My system is an ubuntu server with HVR-4000 and kernel-3.2, one dish with HotBird S13.0E.
VDR with no screen on server, and a frontend with xineliboutput (vdr-sxfe).
The channel conf is generated with w_scan.

My old installation ( with kernel-2.32., still present in a dual boot server) works fine with the same vdr configuration (same folder with lib and bin override).
