Thanks that brings EPG data to already present channels entry.
Neither NID nor TID are shown while editing those entries, so I could
not see a difference. Looking at NID I guess it plays it's role too.

The elements of the channel identifier are "Source-NID-TID-SID". If you can't edit them in the OSD, stop your vdr and
edit the channels.conf with an editor. The last four digits of the entry are "SID:NID:TID:RID".

Or you can try the plugin "wirbelscan", perhaps this will get you the right channel entries.
