Thanks for your quick reply.

It compiles fine. However I stil get the same message at startup of vdr.
However the content of the screen and the log seems pretty clear to me.
from the log:

In my original mail I forgot to mention that I also have problems when in the 
channels.conf the conditional access field is set to 0. In that case 
encrypted channels don't work. As far as I understood the field should be 
filled automatically with the right value (B00 in my case).

I will do some more test with kaffeine.
Also I did sent a mail to the supplier to check .
