Lauri, I've found only one manual so far: http://www.linuxtv.org/vdrwiki/index.php/VDR_User%27s_Manual. It doesn't contain a word on setup.conf. Also studied the entire wiki, the man page. Could you please provide a link to the exact manual you mean?
