Yep, I got it now.. after a while :) 

Now I just need to find someone to fix me a VGA-SCART cable and I can test
these things myself.. 

Or maybe I could test with a VGA/CRT monitor to begin with..

I think my LCD only provides a single/fixed refresh rate through DVI-D.. (?)
