Swap PVR-150 NTSC for PAL anyone???

I've got a PVR-150 card, model 1045, which I no longer need as I'm leaving 
the USA.

Has anyone in USA/Canada got a 1046/1044/1063/1087 they don't need, and 
consider swapping???
