System reboots...

I've compiled vanilla vdr 1.4.3 on fresh Ubuntu installation.
When I run vdr, systems goes to reboot without any information.

What is the easiest way to figure out what is the reason of reboot?

kernel 2.6.15
Nexus WinTV FF card
