nvram-wakeup and Asus Pundit-R350 - Board P4R8L2

My halt.sh script is lengthy, but the wakeup is initiated with:

sudo nvram-wakeup --directisa -s $((`date +%s` + $NEXT))

where $NEXT is the seconds to the next start
