Rotor plugin and DiSEqC commands

I'm getting a rotor and it looks like the rotor plugin assumes it is the
first device. Is it possible to put the motor on an unused port so as to
have 1 less insertion loss? I will be using a switch for the 2 in 1 lnb and
there will be extra unused ports.

Also I plan to have a stationary dish also. I found information on
controling 1 switch, but nothing about stacking them. How do you control
which switch gets a given command in a string of commands?
