Terratec 1200 DVB-T cable to Conax CAM?

Hello,

In looking for inf about the cable I need to connect a Conax CAM to my
Terratec 1200 DVB-T card.
The Terratec 1200 has a 80-pole connector like for an IDE-cable but with
higher pitch. See:
http://www.terratec.it/prodotti/schede_tv/cinergy1200dvb_s/Photo%20TerraTec%20Cinergy%201200%20DVB-S%20Board%20(a).jpg

The Conax CAM should have an 68-pole PCMCIA connector. Like:
http://www.technick.net/public/code/cp_dpage.php?aiocp_dp=pinconbus_pcmcia ?

What connections should be made?
What cable do I need?
Where could I get it?

Please post if you know more.

Thanks,
Udo
