multiple dvb cards

Hi Pierre,

you just need a line for every card in setup.conf. Something like that:

SourceCaps = 1 <SAT1>
SourceCaps = 2 <SAT2>

No changes in channels.conf needed :-) The patch for 1.3.39 is okay for 1.4 
too.
