xineliboutput + network (fixed!)

Hi all,

For an update I fixed my xineliboutput network issues -- I had a small
mistake in the svdrphosts.conf (which xineliboutput uses for allowing
network access).

My initial tests are quite good, and according to the author, channel
changing time is same over network as is using locally. I did not quite
have this experience with vdr-xine+network patches (no offense to Mr.
Reinhard Nissl). I am still troubleshooting that problem...

For the curious, xineliboutput does not require patching of either
xine-lib or VDR! It also includes standalone front-end programs that
depend on only xine-lib (and Xv / directfb) which means Xine-UI is not
needed either.

Since the topic of networked xine recently came up, I hope this info is of
some use.

CR.
