I have been testing out the various ways of using my Nexus-S grey remote with LIRC and InputLIRC. The only way I can get either LIRC application to work is if I load the remote keymap after loading the dvb drivers with av_loadkeys. But, there seems to be a problem with learning the keys after loading any keymaps. After I train the remote with all the keys I want to use, I try to save the settings to remote.conf and the VDR just stops and crashes. Is anyone else having trouble learning the remote with vdr-1.4.0? I am using remote-0.3.7. The keys are responding, but the problem seems to be after I train the remote keys and goto save it.
