Suspend streamdev-server from start?

Hi!

Is it possible to have a box running VDR with streamdev-server suspended 
from start? Now I have to start up vdradmin and press Menu, 5 on the 
"remote" to suspend. The only primary device I have is the 
dummydevice-plugin but if I don't suspend the dummydevice also uses one 
card.
