xine plugin crash if no vdr is running

Hello,

sometimes, VDR has to be restarted... and if I have xine connected to it
and I forget to tell it to reconnect. In this case hitting any of the
xine'vdr keys result in a xine crash.

Would it be possible to avoid that situation ?
