yes it is - just on 36E i.e.

so shouldn't this be
S36.0E  99999 V 10750  t v W15 [E0 10 38 FC] W15 A W15 t
S36.0E  99999 R 10750  t v W15 [E0 10 38 FD] W15 A W15 T
S36.0E  99999 H 10750  t V W15 [E0 10 38 FE] W15 A W15 t
S36.0E  99999 L 10750  t V W15 [E0 10 38 FF] W15 A W15 T
?

i am also not shure if switching the voltage with the 6th field is needed or 
useful with a circular LNB. So shouldn't this be left away?
