Announce vdr-eggtimer-0.0.4.tgz

Hallo,

    as there were still compile errors with 1.2.6 there is a new version 
of eggtimer plugin:

- now compiles with VDR 1.2.6 (at least I hope)
- added finish OSD translation (thanks to Rolf Ahrenberg)
