there is a new version of the eggtimer plugin available:

what is it? An eggtimer for vdr. After starting the plugin will
countdown a number of seconds or minutes und will then inform you
via a repeating OSD message.
Templates ( tea, noodles or whatever) can be created in a config file.
at the first glance nothing changed :) but:
- config file is optional now (standard template is hard coded)
- code rewritten
- improved stability
