HOWTO write a simple mpeg-TS writer plugin.

Hi,

I would like to write a very simple plugin which record a tuned
channel into a file using mpeg-ts format.

The idea is to use svdrp to start recording.

Does it look like feasible without an heavy development?
Which function from the plugin API can I use?
