Well, I didn't actually test whether the actual effect of no
more trashing the cache happens - all I did was to put this
stuff into the cUnbufferedFile class and make sure it compiles
and doesn't break the original functionality.
Since the function declarations are present on my system
I guessed it should work. But maybe this was a dummy in
the 2.4 kernel...
