Working around Finnish EPG bugs?

I tried setting the bugfix level to 0 (was 2 or 3, don't remember now),
and everything seems ok now after running for a while.  No duplicates
nor misplaced descriptions noticed yet, but the problems tend to crop up
over time, so we'll see a bit later.

Same things happen in HTV's DVB-C, and I've seen the problems also in
YLE's channels (at least TV1) in addition to the above.
