I my mind you should not have B00, it should be 'service id' for the smartcard. There might be multiple smartcards which are attached to Conax modules. In other words VDR needs to know if you have 2 CICAM slots, 2 Conax modules and 2 different smartcards, to which smartcard direct the ECM question. And that is what the CA id field is about.

CA field 1 means channel is tied to DVB CARD 1

If you put it to 0, VDR (1.3.x with autopid) should auto sense the needed value. And VDR writes it to channels.conf. Then VDR should see which DVB card can decrypt requested channel.
