softdevice plugin - fullscreen

Oh, ok.  I am using the standard Xv out.

I've had a play with the softdevice and if I'm to use it, I'll need to
sort out problems with my mplayer plugin too (which is using gl2 out,
since my DVB card won't support mpegpes).  The mplayer playback has some
weird transparency thing going on.

To be honest, I was only trying this to see if it fixed a problem I'm
having with the mp3 picture image playback, and if it might shave a few
seconds off my start-up time over vdr-xine.  Not sure I'll bother
(unless I can convince 'wife' I can buy a test-bed/development box!!)
